Chef Nathan Guggenheimer
With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Nathan has traveled the world—collecting stamps in his culinary passport from Michelin-starred chefs in cities like London, Singapore, and Saskatoon. As the Chef de Cuisine for Gourmet Meals, Nathan brings his global expertise to L’OCA Quality Market, delivering Canada’s most comprehensive selection of delicious, grab-and-go prepared foods made in-house daily. His culinary artistry will add a unique touch to any event.

Sous Chef - Gourmet Meals
Chef Farbricio Daros
Born and raised in Brazil, Chef Fabricio brings a rich culinary heritage to L’OCA Quality Market. With influences from his mother's pastry background and his father's Italian heritage, Fabricio blends Mediterranean flavours with the South American parrilla tradition. His passion for fire and flame-cooked dishes makes him a perfect choice for off-site events featuring a wood-fired, authentic culinary experience.

Chef Zouheir Achbah
Chef Zouheir brings a wealth of culinary expertise to L’OCA Quality Market!
Born in Morocco, Zouheir was inspired by his mother's home cooking, leading him to enroll in culinary school and go on to developing his own unique style by leading culinary teams in both Morocco and the UAE before arriving in Canada.
Zouheir's experience in innovative menu development, creative food presentation, and strong kitchen management is a valuable asset to both Gourmet Meals and off-site catering.

Sous Chef - Gourmet Meals
Chef Jaclyn Beckmann
Chef Jaclyn grew up in St. Albert and has worked in some of Edmonton’s top kitchens. During culinary school, she dove into every opportunity—from catering large events to leading the Culinary Committee at the Rocky Mountain Wine and Food Festival and assisting with the Gold Medal Plate Awards.
After graduating, Jaclyn became Sous Chef at DOSC, where she developed her own menus and launched a side catering business. She later served as Head Chef at The Art of Cake, crafting menus for lunch service, speakeasy events, and wine-paired dinners, before joining us as Sous Chef of Gourmet Meals at L'OCA Quality Market.
