Each month, L’OCA's Gourmet Meals chefs will introduce a new, complete SUPPER SERIES meal, perfect for you and your family.
SUPPER SERIES meals come fully cooked, packaged in both oven- and microwave-safe containers, and easy-to-follow reheating instructions will be provided.

The SUPPER SERIES is designed to be the best homemade meal of the month, without any of the cooking.
Each month, we’ll unveil a new themed menu featuring a complete meal expertly and fully prepared by L’OCA’s team of chefs.

Grand Indian Feast
REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
The complete Grand Indian Feast SUPPER SERIES comes packaged in both oven- and microwave-safe containers, but before reheating, remove the plastic film.
We also recommend placing each container onto a baking sheet before reheating in the oven.
CAUTION: Contents will be hot. Handle carefully after heating.
CHICKEN PATIALA CURRY
🔳 OVEN
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Remove plastic film, cover with foil, place container onto a baking sheet, and reheat for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until warmed through.
📺 MICROWAVE
Remove plastic film from the container, and heat for 3-4 minutes, or until warmed through.
🍽️PAPDI CHAAT
Ready to eat, no need to reheat!
The Papdi Chaat and chutneys are best enjoyed at room temperature, and topped with as much or as little chutney as you like.
CHICKEN KEEMA
🔳 OVEN
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Remove plastic film, cover with foil, place container onto a baking sheet, and reheat for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until warmed through.
📺 MICROWAVE
Remove plastic film from the container, and heat in three or four 30-second intervals, turning after each burst, until warmed through.
GARLIC RICE
🔳 OVEN
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Remove plastic film, and cover with foil and reheat for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
📺 MICROWAVE
Remove plastic film, and cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave on high in two to four 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until heated through.
SAMOSA & CHUTNEY
🔳 OVEN
Place samosas on a baking sheet.
Reheat Samosas for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until warmed through and crispy.

AIR FRYER
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange the samosas in a single layer in the air fryer basket, and reheat for 3-5 minutes, flipping halfway, or until heated through and crispy.
GARLIC & CILANTRO NAAN
🔳 OVEN
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Wrap in foil and reheat for 4-6 minutes, or until warmed through.
📺 MICROWAVE
Wrap in a damp paper towel.
Microwave on high for 15-20 seconds, or until warmed through.
🍽️ ONION SALAD
Ready to eat, no need to reheat!
