L’OCA Pizza Dough is the exact same dough we use in our pizzerias and restaurants, sold by the slice and stretched to order.
It starts with “00” flour, water, yeast, and a little salt, then cold ferments for 24 hours to build flavour and structure. We hand-roll up to 350 balls of dough every day, so you can stretch it yourself at home, and load it up with whatever toppings you like.
