Made by a fourth-generation Central Formaggi cheesemaking family, this cheese is made with pasteurized sheep’s milk and aged for two months to develop its own character, before being injected with ground black truffles to infuse an intensely rich flavour and a striking veined appearance throughout the entire dough of this amazing cheese!
