Product details

Using only Alberta pork, we craft our premium Pepper Bacon in house. We use simple, high quality ingredients and coat the bacon generously with freshly cracked black pepper. Our bacon is cured for up to 7 days, then slowly smoked over Alberta Alder wood. The result is a bold, savoury flavour that is not too sweet, not too salty.
Just right, and L’OCA Butcher approved!
