From first sip to final stem, Mary, our talented lead florist, will teach you not just how to arrange blooms, but also design, drying, and storage techniques to keep your bouquet beautiful for years.
Join us inside L’OCA Labs for an evening of laughter, flowers, and wine, and make memories that last as long as your bouquet.

About your instructor
Mary Eldridge
After completing her horticulture education at Olds College in 2014, Mary worked for two years in the U of A greenhouses, where she ventured into various sectors of the industry, including landscaping, cut flower production, and indoor crop cultivation.
Over the past three years, she has combined her passions for plants and design by immersing herself in the floral world.
Mary especially enjoys expressing her creativity through floral arrangements, particularly when using unique flower varieties!
For Mary, floriculture embodies the concept of biophilia—the innate human desire to connect with nature, and she is a firm believer in the transformative power of plants and is dedicated to helping others experience this connection.
Whether through beautifully curated blooms, educational initiatives, or functional herb gardens, she finds success in anything that brings joy and fosters a deeper appreciation for nature.
