On October 30th, ORO climbs to Italy’s smallest region, VALLE D’AOSTA, where rugged peaks rise above alpine meadows and every bite is shaped with fresh mountain air.
Sharing a border with both France and Switzerland and settled in the shadow of the Matterhorn, Valle d'Aosta’s cuisine is rooted in alpine resourcefulness and tradition.
