Calabrian Charcuterie Board
Made to share, with dry-cured soppressata and capicola, smoked provola, marinated artichokes, olives, pepperoncini, house-made focaccia, and fermented honey
Involtini di Pollo
Chicken breast rolled with spinach, herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano, sundried tomatoes, and pine nuts, wrapped in prosciutto, and served with lemon white wine sauce, sautéed mushrooms, and fresh greens. (Contain pine nuts)
Fileja Alla Tropeana
Handmade Fileja pasta with tender zucchini, sweet cherry tomatoes, roasted eggplant, and caramelized heirloom onions, finished with Parmigiano Reggiano
