The Art of Cocktails: Prohibition Era Classics

Things to know
For 18+ only.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for seating.
The Art of Cocktails Series is a hands-on masterclass in home mixology.
Every class kicks off with a welcome glass of Prosecco and a brief history behind the spirit of the day, setting the foundation for the cocktails you're about to create.
Next, we'll cover when to shake and when to stir, before you learn how to build three iconic cocktails with your own hands, transitioning from something light and citrusy to a heavier, more spirit-forward drink.
Between pours, our chefs will deliver tasty canapés designed to match what we’re putting in your glass.
In Prohibition Era, we're turning L’OCA Labs into a 1920s speakeasy to explore three iconic cocktails that defined an underground movement and learn the skills bartenders used to pour drinks in style and make every night legendary.
Learn how to create these Speakeasy Classics, where gin is the star of the show:
- Last Word
Bright, herbaceous, and perfectly balanced - Martinez
A sophisticated ancestor of the martini - Bee's Knees
Honey-kissed citrus refreshment
