Das PYRO Platter
Piled high on a bed of house-made Spaetzle
and warm Sauerkraut, this generous platter features a trio of grilled sausages (savoury Brats, classic coiled Knockwurst, and spiced Thuringenwurst), a Schweinshaxe (a crackling pig’s knuckle slow-cooked in beer), and a crispy-fried croquette of tender braised pork, and a juicy Wiesn-Hendl (beer-roasted half chicken) and a plate of tangy Braised Red Cabbage are complete this Munich-inspired feast.
