Bife de Chorizo (Sirloin Steak)
A generous, thick-cut, well-marbled sirloin from ‘between the ribs’, seasoned with salt and grilled over wood fire. Served with chimichurri and criolla sauce.
Chorizo Criollo (Creole Sausage)
A succulent, smoky, and mild pork sausage made with just the right balance of spices for a truly traditional Argentine bite straight from the grill.
Ensalada Rusa (Russian Salad)
A staple on Argentine tables, this simple yet satisfying creamy potato salad with peas and carrots, dressed in mayonnaise offers a cool contrast to grilled meats.
Verduras a la Parrilla (Grilled Vegetables)
Grilled bell peppers, eggplant, zucchini, and onions kissed by flame
and finished with
olive oil and sea salt.
