PYRO’s Chef Khesh is bringing the flavours of Paris to L’OCA Labs for a soirée to remember!

French Bistro Classics blends demonstration with hands-on cooking, giving you the opportunity to explore traditional techniques and enjoy a 3-course meal rooted in classic technique and rich, comforting flavours.

Chef Khesh will guide you step by step, sharing both technique and tradition, as you cook and plate your way through the evening’s bistro-inspired menu.

Entrée/Starter – Quiche Lorraine
Prepared for you by Chef Khesh
A savoury custard made with salted royal cream, enriched by smoky bacon, nutty Gruyère cheese, and fragrant shallots, all encased in a flaky, buttery pie crust

Plat Principal/Main Course - Beef Bourguignon
You’ll create, with Chef Khesh’s direction
Beef, cubed and slowly cooked in a red wine sauce, served with caramelized pearl onions, sautéed mushrooms, pork lardons, and a side of buttered house made tagliatelle

Dessert - Crème Brûlée
Crafted by Chef Khesh, savoured by you
A silky vanilla custard topped with a perfectly crisp layer of caramelized sugar
