Our DIY Pizza is a hands-on class where you’ll learn the secrets of making the iconic New York-style pizza, known for its large, foldable slices, and crispy crust, and Pizza Napolitana, celebrated for its thin, chewy crust, and charred edges.
We'll walk you through every step, from crafting dough from scratch to the final bake.
You'll learn about fermentation, hand-stretching, and how to top your own pizzas like a pro.... then it's time to put your skills to the test and make your own pizzas!
