Join Bridgeland specialist Antonio inside L’OCA Labs to go beyond the barrel with Bridgeland Distillery.
Start your evening with a welcome Old Fashioned or Espresso Chocolate Martini, crafted with Bridgeland spirits.
Then, Antonio will guide you through four of Bridgeland’s award-winning whiskies.
GLENBOW CANADIAN SINGLE MALT
Made with 100% traceable Alberta barley, Glenbow Canadian Single Malt is malted, double distilled, and double-barrel aged in American oak, then matured for five years. The longitudinal and latitudinal coordinates of the field in Penhold, Alberta are proudly printed on the side of the bottle.
INNISFAIL SINGLE POT WHISKY
Alberta whisky made in the Irish tradition!
Bridgeland uses malted barley, unmalted barley, and oats grown in Innisfail, Alberta by farmers of Irish descent.
Innisfail Single Pot Whisky is triple distilled, double barrel aged, and proofed at 41% for an extra smooth and easy-drinking experience.
SINGLE BLEND WHISKY
Bridgeland’s most awarded whisky is crafted with a blend of three unique Alberta whiskies: corn whisky, barley whisky, and rye whisky. Each is made and aged separately to bring out its distinct character, then blended and aged again to ensure every sip of Single Blend Whisky is smooth, extra flavourful, and aromatic.
TABER CORN BERBON WHISKY 101
Bridgeland is the only distillery in the province making authentic bourbon from Alberta Taber Corn. The whisky is produced in a still designed and built in Kentucky, then aged in charred virgin oak barrels from Tennessee and Virginia. Taber Corn Bourbon Whisky 101 is crafted with Taber Corn and crisp Alberta water to create a smoother, more aromatic, and slightly sweeter bourbon.
