Wondering what Galentine's Day is all about?
Originating on the beloved TV show “Parks and Recreation,” this special day is all about ladies celebrating ladies!
Commonly celebrated on February 13th, we're kicking off the festivities a bit early to spread the love!
Grab your gal pals and spend an evening building a vibrant floral mug overflowing with posies for your Galentine or yourself!
Garnish it with a selection of fresh flowers and seasonal décor to create your own one-of-a-kind arrangement that you and your gal pals will cherish.
A complimentary welcome glass of prosecco or non-alcoholic beverage will be served upon arrival, and additional beverages will be available for purchase à la carte throughout the class.

About your instructor
Mary Eldridge
After completing her horticulture education at Olds College in 2014, Mary worked for two years in the U of A greenhouses, where she ventured into various sectors of the industry, including landscaping, cut flower production, and indoor crop cultivation.
Over the past three years, she has combined her passions for plants and design by immersing herself in the floral world.
Mary especially enjoys expressing her creativity through floral arrangements, particularly when using unique flower varieties!
For Mary, floriculture embodies the concept of biophilia—the innate human desire to connect with nature, and she is a firm believer in the transformative power of plants and is dedicated to helping others experience this connection.
Whether through beautifully curated blooms, educational initiatives, or functional herb gardens, she finds success in anything that brings joy and fosters a deeper appreciation for nature.
